Oh, crap... I forgot to add Gammall's Stone Minions from TDS to the poll. :p
Those were pretty annoying too.
You also forgot the Mech Cherub. It totally freaks out new players, including me when I played through LotP years ago. I chased it through the building while trying to knock him out, thereby alerting a lot of mechanists. :tsktsk:

They're easily recognisable by their big swords that reach all the way to the ground, that have no collision against you when you're crouched :laff:

I just don't like things I can't hit, like small spiders and in some fan missions (Pirate's Ahoy) Snake's and that sort of little things...
I don't mind the zombies, but burricks that won't die aren't my favorite enemy either.
I prefer things I can blackjack :ebil:

The Craybeast only ever appears in The Maw.
That explains it, I only ever played The Maw once and probably didn't notice that they were different.

I don't know why, but everytime i play DS or see images, a voice just shouts out 'Can someone please make this game with the Dark Engine!' a little stupid but some of the newer 'high polygons' and stuff really don't impresse me as much as the older graphics.. Polygons still have a while to catch up to Sprites though.. but this is against the point..
I never bothered much with the Cherub. It appeared, i though 'Hello, what's this', tried to Blackjack it, from the sound it didn't look like it would work so i tried i just had some fun with it. It seamed to hang around me alot, everytime it ran away, i just hid for a while and watched whatever dumb creature it brought to me try to search but find nothing ^_^

:laff: after reading that I had to look through the poll and thread to see if someone had actually requested that the cherub get added to the list :cheeky:
Hmm, I wonder though what the response (from eidos) would be if someone did actually take out the sounds from Thief: DS and convert them to T2 for a Thief: DS remake.
Something tells me that the cradle would just seem even more twisted in the dark engine.

It's on the list of wishes, for sure.
I forgot to mention the sick in-game connotation about the Puppets. You know the Cradle was first an orphanage, then half of it was converted to the asylum. What was once the "old puppet-theater" became the lobotomy room.:eww:

I didn't even bother with the cherub because it isn't much of a direct threat. Even the workerbots can alert their bigger clockwork brothers or Mechanists more efficiently than those impressive, but useless child-like automatons (ooh, gosh, who knows if Karrass wasn't a bit "pedo" :cheeky:  :eww: :joke:).
Anyway... how can I edit the poll ? I am pretty much a n00b when it comes to this... :p :o
