Yeah Zombie Master is pretty bitchin, despite not having much custom content yet. I'm actually pretty happy they went ahead and coded/released it rather than posting a bunch of screenshots of models and then not....actually making the game.
Oh, and Left 4 Dead looks excellent.

In game video (actually your watching gamers play it), gives good example of gameplay. Its fast and hectic. Spitting zombies and zombie hulks, watch as the zombies swarm on a player at the end. 103mb .mp4 quicktime video. Use VLC or quicktime alternative to view.

The new footage disappoints me. It looks like your typical shooter, but with zombies. And coop has been done before. The only thing I found interesting was thrown to the ground and having your teammates revive you... but even that isn't all that new.
I really wish they would do a real survival horror game. Where you spend most of the time running and hiding and can count the bullets on your hand. Yeah I know, Resident Evil and all that... but I meant more of an fpp multiplayer coop kinda thing.

It seems great, the only thing that'll be a bit odd is that the zombies are super-fast.. i mean zombies are supposed to be extremely _slow_ it's their main characteristic.. is it players vs zombies or players vs players, never understood that, but havent read much i'll admit :p

I love zombies. I've long dreamed of a coop zombie shooter, and at first Left 4 Dead looked to deliver exactly what I wanted.
But does anyone else feel the footage looks kinda bland? I'm sure when you're the one playing it's more intriguing but the footage just looks like Serious Sam with zombies and cool shadows. It looks like it could get boring, and quick.
On a side note: has anyone played the Zombie Master mod for HL2?
