It's pretty obvious, having an effective and impactful plot twist. Case in point, what happens to Eli at the end of HL2 Ep.2.

I couldn't help but chuckle when that particular character was missing. I tend to play L4D with only one other friend which makes that one character controlled by the AI. Said AI is always doing dumb shit and either getting killed or pissing me off to the point where I unload clip after clip into his cock. So, yes, it made perfect sense to me.

But that was my favourite character from L4D1 :(

lol
that's f-ed up... But I liked all the characters in l4d1... Hard to choose a favorite, but seeing as I've played the character of Bill so many times that probably says something.:laff: Now, as far as l4d2 goes, I think I'm more partial to Ellis.. Coach is cool too.

I'm probably the only person who likes Rochelle.

No, that was an annoying and ham-fisted twist. Try again.

I love TTLG. We can make complete bullshit arguments solely for the sake of argument without ever having to back up our statements.
Wait, I just noticed it was ZB who said that. Nevermind, carry on.

Nah, I like her too. In fact I greatly prefer all the L4D2 character's over the oldies which I guess puts me in the minority.
Anyway I just finished 'The Passing' and it was good fun but the 'character death' was almost laughably anti-climatic. The 'subtle' presentation felt totally at odds with such the amped up , action spectacular that is L4D and had no impact on me at all. Still the sewers were fantastic and I like how sometimes the campaign plays out in a storm, ala 'Hard Rain' (which I agree is the best campaign).

L4D2 is one of the most intense games I have ever exprerienced.
