Guys, you do realize there's custom content for L4D? To me, this is what will keep L4D alive. The beta SDK has been released already, and soon the full SDK will be released. Yay for custom maps!:cool:
As far as L4D 2 goes, there's already gameplay vids of it on IGN.com, for those that did not know.

You know, I was totally with what the devs were saying about massive improvements to the game, but those videos left me completely uninspired. I didn't see a single thing in there that seemed worth a paid update, which is kind of disappointing.

I'm certainly NOT digging the prospect of another fully priced game, but L4D2 still seems to be pretty neat. I'll probably wait until one of those deals comes around that drops the price before getting it, if at all.
deathtoll: Yeah well, just like you have your opinions, I have mine too. I disagree with you. While the custom maps out may not be polished, there's some cool stuff out. Hey, just the fact that there is any custom maps out there is good enough for me.
