I envision him opening a theater in Branson, MO where he leads a cast that acts out the plots of his greatest heist, accompanied by a live band and dancers. Dinner shows start at 5 and 7, and Benny warms up the crowd with a comedy routine. Signed pictures in the lobby for $12.
Either that or he steps into an open courtyard after dispatching several fire elementals only to hear the dreaded fzzzzzzzzzzz of the one he didn't see sneaking up behind him. Or maybe that's me.

But naw, I think he would just slip into the darkness, and into the realm of mythical myths and legendary legends. People will begin to believe he probably never even existed. Stories will be told of his many adventures, where they would become romanticised like the sories of pirates we tell today. Or yesterday. Whatever.

Great stuff guys. I don't smile much irl, much less really laugh but these got me going. That last one is f***ing hilarious.
I don't really need to imagine the death of Garrett. I've seen it a couple hundred times now, lol. One day eventually he'll just slip up, and that'll be it. From what I know of him through the games and FMs, I can't imagine him retiring. He'll die on the job. The rosy ripe old age, and fade to legend ideas are nice though. I'd expect he'd fade to legend anyway regardless. People would tell stories of having seen him, or his ghost, and even wilder stories about how he died.
