Some of Thief 2's OMs had great titles. Five of them. Running Interference, Shipping... and Receiving, Trail of Blood, Life of the Party, and Precious Cargo. The rest were so blunt and simplistic as to seem more like placeholders than mission titles, relics from a time when the game was simply a mission pack and those missions were named after their main feature or objective.
Framed
Ambush
Eavesdropping
Blackmail
Trace the Courier
Kidnap
These missions need names. Any idea of what they should be called? Keep in mind that this is simply for our own amusement and has nothing to do with actually renaming the missions. Just a discussion topic.
On the other hand, there's four other missions which seem to be in both worlds. The mission titles are uninspired, but could still possibly pass if the above list were given better names. I'd recommend renaming these too, though it's not as desperately needed.
First City Bank and Trust
Casing the Joint
Masks
Sabotage at Soulforge
Trail of Blood could also be in the above list, but unlike the other literal mission descriptions, that one actually works as a title. I'll offer my ideas as soon as I think of some. ;)

Eavesdropping - I'd leave it as it is:)
But I wholeheartedly concur - the names of those missions are severely lacking in the creativity compartement...

Sorry that I offer no suggestions myself, but this reminds me that some FM titles have given me a little slap in the brain because they were so different from the original titles. That's nothing big and might not even affect the way I play(ed) them, however I thought it was interesting that I recognized it at all. But maybe I'm just too canon-focused.
