getting Ai crushed by an elevator
letting an Ai notice you, run through a door , closing it and then blocking it......
and then just wait for the AI to stick his head through the door and wack him on the head.. :)

I don't know if this destroys a ghosting mission but learning a guards route and blocking his way with crates so that he just keeps marching against the crate blockage indefinately.
