I did the fighters guild quest where you kill all the leaders. So i cant redeam myself. how can i open high locks?

1. Buy an Open spell from someone. List of spell-sellers (http://www.uesp.net/morrow/hints/mwspellmer.shtml) here.
2. Pay a spellmaker to build you a new high-value skill, like say... "Open 100 to 100."

yea wut i hate is paying for that...for me at least its a fortune. inside the lucky lockup in balmora(some bar in balmora, pretty sure its lucky lock up) in one of the upper rooms is a lady and next to her on the table are two grandmaster lock picks. for really high locks u can get ekashs lock splitter...but are very rare and u have to find them in caves.
