Geez, this sounds familiar. I remember that wharf area, and making my way through the city to a big monestary or temple. I just can not remember the name. Does this atleast sound right or is it another?

I think you probably mean The Lost Crusade, don´t remember a Temple being in Stowaway.

No, it is not Lost Crusade. I just remember what I said before plus once you reach the temple, you need to hit a switch that moves a statue in the courtyard to reveal a hole leading to tombs. It may be what the first poster is looking for, I just wish I could remember the name.

It was definitely an older FM, I remember playing it years ago.
I remember long corridors all looking the same...several offices and storage rooms. I wish I could remember more details in terms of objectives, AI, etc.

Could it be Keeper of the Prophecies, episode 2? Lots of long corridors all looking alike. Lots of offices. And it's set beside the sea. Though part of a series it first appeared as a stand-alone mission, I believe.

From your description that would be 'Turn of the Tide' you're in a courtyard and you move a big cube shaped gravemarker which leads down to some tombs. You also start on the pier. Suggest checking it out.

I'm on the lookout for a mission that has teased me a lot lately.
This is what I recall from it:
You start out with not having your trusted blackjack. It is in some sort of museum and the blackjack is found somewhere in the lower part of this museum. I think.
I've misplaced my "Replay Mission Book" hence this request.
Anyone?

Remember any more details? - plenty of missions where you start without a BJ... :)
Edit : It's not Hightown Museum or Visit To The Natural History Museum - start with a BJ in both.
Maybe Museum Heist ?

Well, it's not Visit To The Natural History Museum that much I do recall. I'll try to a have a look at the other missions you mentioned.
