Hi....
Just a quick question.
I remember skipping a game a long while ago as I couldnt do anything as I was killed by an invisible beasty before I could escape.
The game started way up on the side of a mountain with a narrow path that led down to a circular path with a large invisible Ba****d patrolling around a central rocky mound.
There was no way to get back up to the path once you had dropped down and no-where to hide from the beast.....and I just left it there and moved on.
I would now like to return for more torture,as I have played everything else, but cant remember which Title/Name it had...
Hope someone remembers.........Thanks:confused:

I think it's one of the last mission of the "Ruins of originia" campaign.

I have serious Hafsheimers (AKA CRS) and it is driving me nuts that I can't remember the name of this FM: it included a wonderfully ornate city mission in which there was a practice dummy that allowed a door to open when you whacked it with your sword. It also contained, as I recall, a smallish sub bay and might have been one of the Japanese missions.
Is there anyone out there who still has a memory?

A sub bay and japanese author, you say?
Try Elevator Mission for Thief 2.

I believe I HAVE played all the JIS missions - many more than once. I can't recall that any, including EMT2, had the intricate multi-choice city streets of the one I'm thinking of. It may not have been a Japanese mission, but I recall the city populace was full of the hyper-aggressive AIs that you often find in Japanese missions.
Does whacking the practice dummy to open a door ring a bell with anyone?
