There is also a Mission I would like to replay again. I forgot everything about the story.
The only thing i rememeber is that you look out of the window down the streets at the beginning.

Could also be the beginning of "Chronicles of the Metal Age, Chapter I: Clefts on the Hammer" ("CotMA-C1"), where you stay in some kind of inn, looking out from a first floor (above street level) window. Moments later, your employer visits you and explains details about a book which you should fetch from the Hammers.
However, when you arrive at the Hammer base, everyone there is already dead. Only in the later stages of the mission you will enter a small Hammer village whose inhabitants aren't dead already.
I believe there may be one single guard visible on the street below, but not much more.
And then there is "A Night in Rocksbourg 2: Discovery", where a wounded Garrett found refugee in a room above street level, which is the home of the pagan (?) who rescued him from several Mechanist robots. In this case, however, Garrett will also leave through the open window as soon as he has picked up everything from inside this room, including some scroll from a desk nearby.
Looking out of said window, Garrett should see a balcony or catwalk beyond the window, and the end of a street below. Several people are going back and forth down there, and a city gate is located to the right.
Then there was "Thieves' Highway" by uncadonego. I am not certain, but I think you start in a room which also has a window to a balcony on the outside, but in this case I believe this balcony being located above some back yard, not above a street. Needless to say that you continue to stay above street level in this one. One memorable thing is the art gallery heist in a tower-like building which you enter and leave far above the cramped streets below.
The "Calendra's Legacy" series has two "looking out of the windows onto the street" moments as well, but I believe these are just at turning points inside the missions, not in the beginning of any. In the first mission, Garrett will stand in Mercedes' apartment after a while, where one window is open, looking down on a street. In the second mission, two inns play important roles; at first, Garrett meets Countess (?) Suedomsa (read that backwards to get some idea about her) in an inn, while later on, he goes to fetch some stuff (put there by Basso, I believe) out of another one. Both have rooms with windows above street level, looking out onto the city.
That's it from the depths of my memory (and some notes on fan missions) for now.;)

No cable-suspended walkways in it!
I believe there's one leading over some lava lake or river, far
below the Cathedral. But the ones above the main Cathedral rooms are not cable-suspended. Is it possible you're confusing these two?

I'm just in 7SOM's Cathedral, and yes it is the one I was looking for! So far it has stone catwalks, but I could have sworn there were metallic walkways that connected to columns with ladders inside leading to the ground floor...
Wow- maybe I have confused myself with Lord Alan's Factory, unless that doesn't have suspended catwalks either...!

As I said, there's another kind of walkway
below the Cathedral. Wait until you get there, maybe you're just mixing up the
places in that mission.

You may be right... I think there could be some suspended walkways near someone's locked office, and maybe the access points were stone columns with ladders inside. However, I think the guards could not get up there. On the other hand, there was a third level below the ground floor, I think, closed off by metal grates. These were not cable-suspended, but could be confused with the ones above ground level.

I am now looking for a T2 FM in which huge stone statues leave their niches and begin patrolling!
TDS directly ripped this mission off with regards to the statues coming to life...
