Anybody remember being back in elementary school and having those ghetto computers in the school library with the trackballs and windows 3.1? I remember them and they had this math game on them that I can't find on the net nor remember the name for. Basically you could choose to be either a knight or a wizard, with either a sword or a wand as your weapon. It was a maze game where you are a big pixel in the middle of a black screen and you move the trackball around to move your guy but because of the "fog of war" or the black screen you just move randomly until you find a direction that reveals a piece of the maze...so you unravel more and more maze and periodically you'll move to a space that triggers a math problem....some little scene with you and a dragon or something will pop up and the enemy will ask you a question....you enter the right answer and you kill him..otherwise I think you get hurt and then you can use potions and stuff to heal yourself until eventually you die.
Does anyone know what this is called so I can find it?
Also feel free to discuss more really oldschool games that bring back nostalgia from your childhood.

Yeah my HIGHschool had monochrome mac's that we used for computer science class... However they were way outdated at the time, I think pentium 3 500's were available while I was learning pascal on a monochome screen. What the fuck

Naw it's way more basic than that. The main game screen is a black screen with a white dot (that's you). The only graphics are when you hit an area of the maze that has a math question. It's 2D overhead for the maze part.

As long as we're on the subject, I seem to recall a very old DOS game using ASCII that was centered around a castle, and it had stuff like an angry demon, a vampire, et cetera. A friend of mine and I played it and we got all excited when we found a sword.
What the hell was that game?

That's the one, thanks.
As I recall, my friend's mother, who was very religious (just like mine) took offense to the game and he and I were subjected to a nasty little meeting with our mothers as well as his extended family about demon possession and the evils of modern media, among other things. Man growing up was a blast.
