Library of Babel comes to mind. The first mission of Fables of a Penitent Thief is close, though there are a few "hostile" AIs (though they don't attack).

My puzzle mission RGB has no enemies, and The Summit only has a few ghosts who are non-aggressive.

thank you so much i will download them and play them tonight,i will just checking rgb on screen shots a couple days ago,i remember it very puzzely,libary of babel been a while since i played that so not sure i remeber it untill i see the screen shots,will skip fables as those shaking graphics bother me a bit,i did the summit alot what a great mission and on expert you cant save/reload makes first part real hard will redo it though,so that makes 3 missions i can do :)
would be cool maybe in future to have a contest with no enemys,forcing authors to be real creative on missions
i hope one day to see mre of the shadowjack weapon in missions it was only in one mission but wow it was hands down best weapon in thief in my view :)

I think Shadows of Eidolon would be a great choice, and Dwelling Insanity as well, but that one is rather short.

i did shadow of eidolon ,wow that was fun ,hope they make a part 2 so we can see what is on surface

i also did rgb again and i wish there was a way to give hints on how to get all keys,i got lost after 30 ,min i gave up,i found 3 of the items and exit key,i beat it years ago but i did not want to save over and over on new paths to find out the way to go,would be cool to see a remake/part 2 of that mission
i will see if i can find youtube walkthrough of that darkmod mission just to watch it :)
also redid summit and i complete it on hard,but expert was a bit to much due to textures being messed up making it hard to junp from snow ladders/grabbing onto ledges in caves first try,but i love the mini viking guys would be cool to learn more about them in a part 2 as they also were in that one mission forgot name but you travel down to there layer by lava,so much fun
also redid fables of penatent thief got 20/25 eggs on expert pretty fun mission,but a bit to much talking to npc's and second mission i found way to easy=had practice on constines secreat area in thief 1 his apartment so i knew how to get around :)
also just replayed snobs 2 by naks is she still around,as i went to her apartment in game and she says she is working on part 3,also where is info for mr G,i did everything else 4/4 secrets,never found the info or the key to final gate
also did liberary of babel like it so much i made a art piece of it :)
