SOLVED stuff:
Since we're approaching the holidays, time to replay some classics.
I'm looking for three EDIT: four missions (apparently I'm the only one with a bad memory ;) ):
1. You go through underground caves with human guards. At one point you reach a giant hall. Outside this hall is a yard, next to the gate of the hall are two bronze/golden elefant statues which you can mantle. The gate has some babylonian textures, if I remember correctly. There are two small buildings and at least tree beasts patrolling. In the middle is a lake. Afterwards you return to the hall and fight some tree/pagan-sorcerer or soething.
EDIT: "Mech Angelo", solved by InfinituS
2. Is a mansion mission. You start directy at one entrance INSIDE the mansion, just beneath some small stairs who lead to a circuit. This curcuit is out of stone walls with many wooden beams at the top and the sides. In general, the mansion looks pretty modest. It also contains a courtyard and a library directly next to it. Also many guards, which makes it a great play.
EDIT 28.09.: yeah so much for "starting inside the missione", turned out to be Off to Milhorn Manor
3. You go down into a huge underground keeper "cathedral". Many spacious rooms, but few guards. From the atmosphere, it reminds of the cavern part from "The Chalice of Souls". Not many warm colours, just green/blue/grey. Also it's not "finals at the academy".
EDIT: It's not Equilibirum.
4. The one were you fight a bad demongirl in a cave at the end by releasing a bunch of spiders in cages in the cave neraby.
EDIT: Seven sisters m3, solved by FenPhoenix
5. I'm looking for a mission where you leave a kinda cave system to get to a very small chapel/church which can only be entered by climbing a tree/roping up to a small broken window. Undeads inside. I thought it was a Sensut/Christine mission but after replaying a few, apprently it is not.
EDIT: T2x: Down Among Dead Men, solved by Unna Oertdottir
Thanks in advance for your help! :)

I don't really remember what 2 and 3 are but 1 is definitely the T2 FM Mech Angelo.

3. Could be the final mission of Calendra's Legacy.

3. Could be the final mission of Calendra's Legacy.
Looked at some screens, will try it later, but I don't think so.
It was a really vast and really empty place. Not detailed with libraries and books, only few NPCs.

That's The Seven Sisters (mission 3).

M3: there aren't many missions that feature Keepers to that extent. It almost sounds like you are describing Equilibrium except your memory is missing the fact that the keepers are no mere guards. There is also the second half of A Keeper's Betrayal, which features a large and spacious Keeper Compound with some tough guards that are small in number compared to the size of the place.
As for M2, you are going to need to give more details. That description is very generic.
There is a mission I've been looking for as well. I think it is a Mansion mission with Ramirez (or perhaps some other crime boss). One portion in the mansion has a brightly lite, trophy room with an elevated walkway on the second floor that runs thru this room. I think there are some puzzles in the FM that involved this area. I thought it was a T1/G FM, but I couldn't find it when I went thru those missions.

I agree, m3 could be Equilibrium. It's pretty large but there are only 5 Keepers in the mission.

Hmmm... That's is definitely a good one to replay. It's been years since I've played it last.
Edit: Huh, I never noticed before, but at the beginning, the Air-Seals are floating, transparent, and changing in size. Only downside to replaying with the necro age mod is the secret doors are very conspicuous.
