The one by Notesthes called "The Tower in the Forest" is definitely a "bit o' the unusual". It masquerades for a bit as a normal Thief FM, but then it gets into some just unique stuff having to do with some elemental levels that defy logic in some places.

I'll second the Penitent Thief, as it is very well done, clean, professional quality, and extremely unique.
