I would appreciate if someone could point me to some fan missions that make extensive use of original
Garrett in game quotes.

The first missions of the "Darkstone Gem" campaign, later re-published as "Unconventional Intermediator", had a number of re-used Garrett voiceovers as well as some re-used original conversations of other actors from the original games.
