I almost gave up on this mission right away. I couldn't find the first key! I tried again and searched more thoroughly and found it. After that, the mission was... I won't say it was "easy". I think the "maze" he's referring to is the tall, wooden scaffolding in the room with the garden exit. It is rather challenging, depending on where you start climbing.
To open the painting in the music room, [SPOILER]look for a tiny lever beside the keyboard of the organ.[/SPOILER] :)

did anyone played the lord alan's basement for T2 ?
is it the same as the one for T1 ?

It's not exactly the same. It's easier to play in a sneaky style and some of the clues, etc. have been changed. There isn't a lever for that section now. One of the guards in that area is carrying a scroll that has a clue how to open the grate. If you don't want to look for the scroll, you need to [SPOILER] push the buttons on the control panel in an "X" formation. [/SPOILER] :)

Ive tried with rope arrows in that tree neat the entrance in the ground but when i go down the rope i cant jump into the corridor it's too small

I haven't played LAB in quite a while, but I seem to remember there was a hole in the ground hidden by some shrubs, that you had to fall down but land in water? Is that right? Wish I remembered better....
Edit: This bugged me, so I loaded it up... there is a hole hidden by plants, you go down it but not into water, and explore from there.

Ok i found entrance to the basement but i'm stuck again in this room with two levers
there are three dors but i cant pickthem up and i dont have key

this prbly isnt right but this is what i did:
[SPOILER]one of the levers opens the first gate, frob it and then back away fro mthe levers toward that gate as far as you can with the other lever (opening the 2nd gate)still highlighted . frob the other one then RUN through the first gate :)[/SPOILER]
however there is a

Sorry for reviving such an old thread, but I cannot get the hand of glory. I am only separated from it by a portcullis that I cannot open. I also have the sunburst device but no clue what to blow up with it although I found the note with the hint.
Help would be appreciated.

[SPOILER]The sunburst device must be used to disable the magical trap after you get the portcullis open. I don't remember which key it was that opened that portcullis, though. The only key that took me a hint to get was the one by the corpse in the cistern, underwater. It's not actually ON the corpse, but about half a meter off.[/SPOILER]
