The hidden passageway in the Library doesn't really exist. It's a reference to the library in the original game missions, Casing the Joint and Masks.
To find the Golden skull, you need to go up to the rooftop garden. Frob the telescope out in the garden, then go into the training room and check the back wall.(The key to the training room door is in the change room of the outdoor pool, just in case you missed it.)

Welcome to the forum, errol flynn! You need to go into the front foyer, downstairs and you'll see two gardens, one on each side of the steps. Search the ground in the one to the right (when you stand facing the steps), VERY carefully. :)

I am going through this mission series also... It is great! The architecture is beautiful! errol flynn if you do a search for Lord Ashton some great hints and tips come up... if you get stuck again.

I think i'll do that because im stuck on the revenge! level. I cant get through Lady Helenas gates, and i already have her husbands key!

Look through the gate and you'll see a button on the far wall. You need to hit that with an arrow to get the gates open. The key opens the next set of doors after that. :)

I'm playing on Expert level and I've managed to get all the other objectives but I'm still stuck on where the golden skull is. What I'd like to know is- is it inside and if so is it in the eastern part of the mansion, or the western? And do I have to discover a secret lever or something to find it?

The golden skull is [SPOILER]at the attic, in the room with the treebeast. Look outside for a telescope and frob it, this will open the door to the secret room. Go in, the golden skull is in the seachest.[/SPOILER]

first off i want to say what a great mission this is!! great job Christine!:thumb:
now i have all objectives completed except escape to graveyard, i can't open the doors, is there a key because my lockpicks aren't working and i tried to use a rope arrow on the trees beside the graveyard but i die when i climb up them:erg:
