I'm stuck in Escape, part three of the Lord Ashton Series. I found the sewer route to the blackjack and picked that up.. and found one switch to open something, but it doesn't seem to do anything that I can see or hear.. I've also picked up the 2 flashbombs. That ought to give you guys some idea where I am.
I seem to be at a dead end. I think I probably missed something but I'll be darned if I can find that missing link to lead me onwards.
Mr. Wizard (should probably be Ms. Wizard since Nightwalker will jump on this one first)
a little help please.. Thanks in advance.

You're on the right track, you just quit too soon. I presume the switch you found was in a guard room, right?
There should be more than one switch in there. Make sure you've flipped them all(mostly because I don't remember which one is the RIGHT one! LOL!), then go out and around to the guard room across from the one you're in now. There's another switch in there that opens a gate blocking the stairs up to the next level. Then you can move on up there and keep exploring.
:)

I only see one switch on the wall..Are they supposed to be side by side or is the second switch hidden somewhere in that room?

Sorry.. I found the other switch..actually 2 more of them.. making a total of 3 switches in that guard room.
Guess I shouldn't be taffing when blind, hmmm?

Sorry for starting a new thread. I couldn't find an official Escape! thread.
My fun question:
I am missing either keys or a square lockpick or both. I found Garrett's lockpicks in the "Fraud" room but I couldn't pick them up, grrr! I have a prison key that opens a decent amount of doors, but some I can only half open with my triangular pick. Did I miss something on the basement or ground level? I knocked everyone out on the ground level and searched them for keys---no luck there. On the prison level there are still some guards up and about, but I didn't see any keys on their belts.
Anyway, great mission, except the guards have eyes on the backs of their heads! It's driving me crazy, grrr! But in a good way :-)
Thanks for your help,
Helen M

You missed your lockpick on the ground floor. Did you see a training room with an archery range? Go into the archery range and look carefully for a lever or button. I forget which it is, then go into the office beside the archery range.

Thanks Nightwalker. Going down there now!
