Leon is in
the prison... there is a locked door near the trainingsroom, look for the key near the swimingpool - it lies on the floor near one of the blue windows. This key will open the door, go down the stairs, you'll find Leon in the cell on the right...
I hope it helpes you :)

I'm just about finished playing In Search of Leon. It was a good mission, but I wish I would have found that 2nd stash of supplies at the beginning. But that's not my problem. I'm playing on Hard and all the objectives are completed expect for the loot one. I only have about 3,655 of the required 4000. I've run all over the map several times. What am I missing? Is there a secret somewhere? I'm really at a loss?

Here's a few things you may have missed seeing:
There's a few coins on a windowsill going up some stairs (I think to the parapets, though I'm not sure.) You have to climb up the stairs and look back down to see them.
There are some more coins on a windowsill in a round room just off the big, tiled room on the second floor.
When you enter the top floor, in the first room on the left, there's a tiny ring on the windowsill.
In one of the bedrooms, there's a gold bottle on the floor under a table.
In that same bedroom, there's a book you can frob that opens a window in the next room, which leads into a treasure room.
In the storeroom on this floor, which opens with a key that Lord Hrothgar is wearing. Look on the wall to the right of the sofa for a lever to open a secret door that leads to some treasure.
There's a large bedroom with a woman sleeping in it. Look for a ring on the windowsill.
Hopefully, you've missed something listed here and it will get you over the top. :)

Thank you Nightwalker,
I certainly did miss some of the things you mentioned. Most notably...
the 2 secret treasure rooms. I didn't try hard enough to frob the books on the shelves. Funny thing is once you told me I had to, I found the frobbable book in no time. I also had missed that very small ring.
I came out with $6109 in loot. Not all of it, but plenty more than necessary to finish the level. I don't think I've ever found every last dollar of loot on any mission, not FM or OM. I don't care that I don't, just as long as I have enough to win.

OK, I feel absolutely dense and I've read everything I can find about this incredibly wonderful mission but...
I can't find the magic book.
I know it shouldn't be that difficult, but I just can't find it anywhere. Any help would be most profoundly appreciated.
Thanks

hi StarCStar
Go to the
Library. Go down the ladder and in the next room (with the table and chairs). Search for a Secret torch lever, frob it and it will open a secret door (one of the bookcases). Go in, here you will find the magic book.
I hope it helpes you :thumb:

Ah, Christine,
Thank you SOOOO much! I couldn't have done it without you. I don't know why I didn't notice the item before. I looked high and low but apparently not directly at it. So thanks for the clue. GREAT mission! I loved it! It was just challenging enough but not too long... JUST RIGHT! (I feel like the 3 bears.) No I'm off to play the last 2 of the series. My heart will be heavy when they are over.
*C*

hi StarCStar,
thank you, I'm glad that you liked the mission - I hope you'll like the last 2 missions, too :D

Your Missions are great, Christine. There are not many german Missions to download. So an extra "Thank you" for all these missions. I've played all maps you released. I liked all the clues and well hidden keys. I liked the idea of adding characters from Half-Life (Colonel Sheppard and Gordon Freeman), into a Thief Mission, too.:thumb: It was great fun! But I really laughed my head off entering one of the bathrooms reading a notice: Hände waschen nicht vergessen! (Hab' mich wirklich fast tod gelacht!:laff:)
I'm looking forward to your next mission, Christine . Hope you carry on the series.
Gruss und danke!

A winter's Night is the last mission of the series. I'll release a Mission-Pack of all 7 missions soon :)
