Listening to an audio book of At The Mountains of Madness has put me into a bit of a Lovecraft mood. Are there any FMs that have Lovecraftian themes to it? Not set in the Cthulhu mythos but rather just touches on elements seen in his stories, horror or otherwise.

forgot the mission name but at one point in mission you have to out run some insanely fast cray beast in a long thin hallway, and barely escape to a drop into water,i think to release the cray beast you use a air key then run like crazy from what i remember it was mythical feeling mission

Sounds like Broadsword of Sheol, mission 4 in the Shadow of Doubt campaign.

Glad you got help, but what about being chased by a craybeast down a tunnel is Lovecraftian in nature?

Crayman-> Crayfish - seafood - octopus - Cthulhu. Maybe that's the sequential logic

Yes, but "Lovecraftian" is a lot more specific than just any horror.
Sturmdrang Peak has some vaguely Chthulu-ish stuff near the end, but you'll have to wade through 5 missions of pirate stuff first.
And I'd echo Broken Triad - that has a great, creepy Lovecraft-vibe to the storyline.
