Haha, I think because of violence. Yes. Violence. Alien gets 18 sertificate, but Mad Max gets banned. I think it was some kind of an oversight at the time. I have no idea if it is still banned today though.

One of them was on the plane ride over here that my neighbor watched, the one with the lost kids tribe and they thought Murdock was their messianic plane captain. I guess that's the 3rd one looking at your descriptions. It's the one I remember best -- Two men enter; one man leaves.
