Thief is famous for it's unique vocabulary. There are words that are non-existant outside the game or it's universe. ("frob" and "mantle" not included)
Taff:
In contexts "You taffer!", "taffin' around", "you're taffing me!" "taff you!"
Cripes:
In contexts: "Cripes!" (Jeez!) "Taffin Cripes!" (Jeesus f'ing Christ!)
Burricks:
In contexts: "Burricks!" (Damn it!) "Bouncing burricks!" (Holy sh*t!)
Make up some new and interesting pseudo-swearwords! :cheeky:

Cripes certainly wasn't made up for Thief, in fact I'm not sure I've ever heard it in Thief.
