Making Garrett Dance : Admit it. - by OldMeat

I admit there was one FM where, surviving and huge keyhunt/platformhell/fedexincursion and making an immense haul after that, I imagined Garrett sipping off the gold bottles and dancing to the tune of the victrola next door. The house was asleep anyway, because I had to yet find the awesomeness of perfect ghosting.

I once played an FM with dancing in it. It was a serious mission, but in the hotel's gym they were doing the macarena :wot:
I have never gotten the urge to dance myself, but I always enjoy the music from the lute ("loot sound" :cheeky: ). It's always interesting when frobbing a lute and I hear a short piece being played. That must mean that Garrett knows how to play the lute. At that moment, a guard should come in and say "You're really good with the lute, but I still have to arrest you." or jam a while with Garrett before arresting him.

I believe that was 'Snobs Pt.2', by Naks. I was amazed that the dance moves were so precise. Great FM!! Especially loved the pet burrick! :thumb: :cheeky:
On the upper floor of the hotel where the rooms are, the room facing you immediately to your right as you stand at the top of the stairs; there's a note that tells you that the couple's pet burrick (who's fond of men in dark clothing) is being kept in the bathroom. I've played this FM a few times and each time let the burrick out; lots of fun because he ends up following you around until you either manage to lose him or the guards kill him (he actually managed to dispatch a couple guards for me once with his poison breath ;) )! :thumb:
Raetsel's "Masque of the Red Death" has some amazing AI dancing! I didn't join in.
