Woah, this thing is creepy! :wot:
I especially like the pile of spinning stuff in that room and the mirror!
The background music fits the mission very well and helps with the atmosphere.
Whoever made this one, I think you've done a great job! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

but I can see no way of completing this mission beyond
those super fast swordsmen! Maybe there's a light switch to turn off somewhere. Without being able to strike first, I'm screwed.
Thanks! That worked out for me, though I'm now in a nearly as bad situation!

Can anybody help with the key to the left upstairs room or with some loot, I´m missing about 27 or so.
Hello is anybody here, need to finish this one so I can move to the next one :-)

kittykat :
if you mean beyond the metal door, I thought all those were open or pickable. If you mean the doors above the foyer, sorry, I haven't been able to open either
.
Could someone please help me with
the bedroom? I don't see any chance of picking your way in fast enough. Is there a way of getting to that metal door in the floor somehow? Been everywhere (?) except upstairs, foyer
.
Thanx.
There's a lever on the wall, on the balcony outside, that opens the door in the floor.
Took me a while to find too!
Sticky Fingers on 4/6/2007 at 11:06
Sluggs: thanks - jumping to that (southern) balcony was so hard, :grr: I kept looking elsewhere.
Certainly is creepy...

Sticky Fingers isn't talking about that. He's talking about the crushing wall trap.
It doesn't crush you. Just stand at the far end of the corridor and wait for it to come and then go back into the wall.
When I played it, my suspension of dislief was already so far gone - I saw already that this was just one cheap scare after another - that I just walked to the far end of the corridor when I saw that trap and waited for it to stop; I immediately knew that there was no challenge or puzzle to it, just that it was another meaningless shock tactic. The atmosphere was too far ruined by then for it to have worked on me; I was just bored.
It also took me a long time to realise I could pick the portcullis afterwards. It just isn't logical to be able to pick something with no lock - it didn't even occur to me. I'll stop now before I start complaining about bad roombrushing, unbashable wooden doors, senseless key hunts...

Also I am missing some loot, anyone know of a good place to look for that???
