I used Tafferpatcher 1.25 and I install dmls manually. Without dml door that teleport to the mansion appear and mission can be normally completed. I didn't see any flying doors anywhere, only this door isn't in place after leaving mansion at the end of mission. But I think it's actually intended, so that player will not return to mansion. No idea what was the point of fixing flying door if player never sees that.

The dml was made to fix a door flying across the map which can be seen (but doesn't always occur) when playing via TFix, it may not happen when playing via Tafferpatch but dml's are not made with Tafferpatch in mind.
I've only ever come across this flying door oddity about 3 or 4 times before and it is caused due to author applying the wrong properties to the door (rotating/translating).
Seeing the dml works for me playing via TFix it must stand as good (it is also likely that the flying door will occur when playing via Tafferpatch but it only occurs in specific circumstance) but if playing via Tafferpatch you'll need to be aware of the occasional oddity with some dml's.
PS. The reason why your monolog doesn't show the dml being loaded is the same, your playing via Tafferpatch.

Jax says the reason the dml is not working correctly for you is that your save does not include the reposition script, which can be found in T2Fix and is automatically loaded when required for those players. If you were to install that script then all should be good and the current dml should work with Tafferpatch.
But the script should not be placed in your main T2 folder as it's only require for specific dml's.
He also says that Tafferpatch contains a very old Newdark patch whilst the majority of dml's have been made for ND1.27 which contains many addition feature since the original Newdark patch, so it is likely that a number of dml's will either not work at all or only partially when playing via Tafferpatch.
Edit: Due to Galaer's discovery Jax has made a new dml that does not require the reposition script, and this (
https://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114336&p=2436158&viewfull=1#post2436158) new dml will be the one included in the next FMML package.
Players still using Tafferpatch should however still be aware that many other dml's require the reposition script to function properly and, as mentioned above, Tafferpatch contains an outdated Newdark patch so not all dml's will work correctly or at all for those players.
Time to consider upgrading to T2Fix, maybe!
