How Mech Angelo came about...
I was cruising Wikipedia and saw Michelangelo's work on the Sistine Chapel. I wanted to build a church in DromEd that mimicked it. Much trial and error. The guys on the editor's forum had to put up will a lot of noob questions from me.
A church has a preacher, right. So I got on this idea of a greedy person on one side, and a guy named close to the true artist. I'm a retired preacher myself, and know a little about guys like Reverend Slick.
Yes, you can "steal" the painter's pay, but I left that up to the player's conscious. That's what I love about Thief. Never been a fan of overly-complicated missions, but I do admire the work of R Soul, Nameless Voice, Yandros, and those other smarter taffers.

no problem, don't worry. I run across the "garden" looking for treebeast (big grey-green thing) and I saw nothing and suddently I released its in front of me... WHOAAA (jump to ceiling)... :cheeky:

Oh dear,
Seem to have a problem with this one.
After selecting new game, I then select 'mech angelo' and get a crash to desktop.
I have ddfix & widescreen installed and all other FMs run Ok.
I get the same problem with the normal res game from the Xtras folder too.
Any ideas?:confused:

I'm stuck in the caves. I found Mech Angelo but there is a bridge and I seem to mantle up the other side. Is there something on the other side or should I just forget about it?

@ mxleader - If you're talking about the rope bridge then yes, there's something over there. And it should be the answer to an objective.
@ frobbin hood - my game crashed like that until I sorted out my movie problems. Once I deleted the movies it was fine. If you try that and it works, then you'll know where the problem lies. If it is to do with that, then I expect we can help sort it out.
