Mechanist Tank mission?

I was going though some of my abandoned stuff recently and found a tank object I got from a Mechanist FM a while back-but I can't remember the name of the FM, does anyone else know?

This Tank is also in my other FM set "Five Nights at Dayport". ;)

There are also some Mechanist Steam Tanks in "Trail of Blood 2" (an FM, not an OM).

i know there is one tank in that mission where you have to break boards in a room on the ground to access a short water way then come up at a mech building through the doors and on other side of room set of doors have to be opened to see tank
