Cool site (
http://medievalworlds.com)
Images, wallpapers, video, free models (and lowpoly free models), textures and more.

Awesome pics and objects in there !
As far as the models are concerned, they .3ds ? If yes, is it enough to convert to .bin thanks to 3dsToBin, or do we have to do something else ?

We are snobbish and cold as there are no signs of steampunk! :p

The cool thing about the wyndebrook.jpg for me, is that it looks exactly like a town right out of Might and Magic VI (Spring 98').

Most I noticed for free are lwo. There are several problems with taking 'generically' (meaning for any use, usually renders) modelled models and trying to put them in Thief.
I noticed the cart looked cool. I clicked the low poly button and that was in the list (I think they all are anyway). 1,800 polys isn't low poly and wouldn't load in Dromed. Even if it would it would probably end up being 24,000 polys after BSP got done with it 'cause it wasn't modelled 'clean' for Dromed.
Another issue is textures, most would need to be converted one way or another.

Cool!
Really, you don't know what you made me discover with that link, thanks a lot.
Also if the 3D models aren't useable with dromed, i think there is some inspiration in many of the pics i've seen Yesterday's night.
also, the jpgs of presentation of the many models look very useful for photoshop simple images that cvould be used for FM tutorial movies, showing at least something that isn't just a screenshot of the game and hasn't to employ an artist for drawings :P
I like also the snowy pictures, I love Snow in videogames and I loved gathering at the Inn for it's winter setting in thief 2 after loving it's first incarnation for thief 1....
A village covered with snow, by night...could be a good setting for an adventure mission...whereas a city could be a profitable loot mission...
Too bad I don't have the ability to use Dromed as it should be used :P
Again Clearing, thanks for the link

Wow, some of that stuff is amazing. Makes me want to get back into trying to learn to manage the 3d stuff. (Only been trying to learn to do it for the last. . .10 years. How pathetic is that? lol) But  at the prices of those models. Golly, what normal person could afford them? You'd have to be in some sort of business where that'd pay off.
Maybe I'll just add learning to make my own models to the list while I'm at it. If I've got to learn it all anyway, may as well toss that into the heap. . .
