I'm not back to see the family until next week so we decided to host a Christmas dinner with friends that also doubled as our housewarming party. We had a great time and spent the day cooking a mostly Middle-Eastern-slash-Asian-themed feast that comprised:
Starters:
- Hummus (served with flatbread)
- Chorizo a la sidra
1st Course
- "Springroll" salad (mushroom, corn, soy sprouts, shrimps & lemon juice)
- Tabouleh
2nd Course
- Spicy kheema rolls
- Chicken curry wok (green curry, coconut milk & bamboo) served with steamed Basmati rice
Dessert
- Mango Lassi (Mango smoothie with yogurt, sugar & ice)
Served with wine, red and white, and crisp cava in lieu of champagne.
We had as much fun cooking it as eating it. Wonderful times :D

Who is this PR person who seems to be all over the forums, posting pics we can't see, and acting like a long-lost friend? Do we know her/him? Another someone's alter ego perhaps?
Inquiring minds & all that.

It's a scraper bot. Takes random sentences from past posts and reposts 'em to make it look like it's real.

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas crazies. Afraid I OD'd on rum butter as usual, that sweet elixir of Christmas festivities is my downfall every year.
Happy New Year to all
