Thanks for the kind words. Glad you enjoyed it. I actually posted it last year although it seems like a lot longer than that.
thanks again.

No problem, genius should be acknowledged. :thumb:
When you originally planned it, did the mission kind of end with releasing Joe Young from jail ? I ask because the mission is named after him, but he and his rescue, only play a tiny part in the whole level.
Did you make any other FMs that are similar in style and scope ?

No, it wasn not intended ot end when you break him out. The way I build is I have an idea and start building toward that idea. I don't do a lot of planning like others and sometimes it shows in the gameplay being a little incoherent.
Anyway, thanks again for the compliments. I didn't think anyone was playing this old one anymore.
I did make another after that, Lady Lisa's Harbor. I think all my missions are similar.

"Lady Lisa's Harbour" ? Cool title. It sounds like the kind of title Leonard Cohen might use for a song.
Unfortunately I am unable to download any files from "cheap downloads" or "keeper of metal..", due to the PC I use in the local library having symantec filtering software which blocked "ZIP" and "EXE" extensions.
By some fluke I am able to download from Fileplanet.com, which is where I get all my T1 and T2 missions (including MJY) from.
I don't think LLH is on Fileplanet else I would have it already. Pity, I would have really liked to play it.

This was a really great mission, thanks bbb! I managed to finish it although it took me over two hours to do that and I was waay short of loot, something like 1500+ (which was why I went and I downloaded the loot list :cheeky: which some kind soul had put together (hm. peter smith, thank you!)
I didn't play this for a long time because I was put off by the storyline, heh, but it turned out to be a really exciting mission full of really neat turn of events. I really thought I was nearing the end when I sprung the apes out of the cells...
Since I had saved up all my mines and other ammo,
I had a fun time at the end too :ebil:

I've just finished this FM and had a blast playing it. I don't know how I missed it, :grr: it's an excellent T2 mission with a T1 feeling and I really enjoyed how it progressed. It starts off in a small city and then unfolds into a monster. Thank you for this and I recommend anyone who hasn't played it, to do so.:thumb:

I'm almost done, but I have a problem with the loot goal.
Already burned all talismans in the fire and killed the haunts. The only thing left is the loot goal. I have 6545, but only 150 of it is in gems and I need 150 more in gems.
I also have 1-2? locked doors left which I can't find the keys for. Door of the "Elec Room" in the first area with the bakery.
I also have the key from Lady Amalia for the vault but I can't find it.
->
Edit: There is also this strange room downstairs next to the bar in Amalias House with the 2 swords above the fireplace. I can hear the hissing of spiders from here but how do I get there? I can't find the vault. I got the key.
Edit: Found the switch behind the bench that opens the secret room to the vault -> finished my loot goal -> found (useless) chapel key. Done.
If by any chance someone can tell me what was behind that Elec Room door, I would appreciate it!:)
