While I understand the dislike of creepers, it's also creepers that fucking make this game worth playing. I will, however, look into a plugin that makes creepers burn during daylight...
Either that or increased explosion radius + knockback, but no geometry damage.

That's a fair concession, unlike some server owners.
I don't even care about the geometry damage. That can be repaired. Just a little sick of dying over and over because SSSSSSSS THAT'S A NICE EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT THERE BANG and the fucking bastards don't even have the courtesy to go away when the sun comes up
i don't have a whole lot of fucking time these days and i'd really rather spend it building instead of hiding in my hovel because some goddamn half-assed monster that notch pooped out way back in alpha is holding me hostage

In any case, I'm hiding in someone's house on the water until daytime. I took some cobblestone and saplings from the chests, so hopefully I can remedy the tree situation ;)

We finally have a serviceable tunnel to Tree Valley, please replant when possible! The tunnel starts from near my house.
I'm going to start a chain of safe houses for travelers.

Two safehouses set up, with oven, bench, bed and chest. I have a bunch of stuff in safehouse #1 though, but I'm considering setting up a system of labelled chests.
