BH - I'm all for democracy :), don't stress yourself, son. Cheers!

Oh please. Flint and Steel and Dynamite don't add anything to the game.

Well, I tried to make a rapid transit system from the top of my cone to town using one of (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nRs53NYZwpE) these, which I think would be pretty neat. You still get the blast wave, but only if you punch the TNT, which limits the charge to only one block and that won't fling you many feet. If you ignite them with any triggered mechanism (plate/lever/button) they just disappear. I'm not saying I necessarily think it's worth it to have a liability like TNT around for a stupid thing like that, but it's still
something.
Whenever I post a YT link I have to double check to make sure it didn't somehow turn into porn.

Dresdy - that it doesn't add anything to you is one thing, but that's not the issue here. We simply want to be able to have the game as it is and not let griefers dictate that. :)
In any case, BH can turn the features back on when he has the time and we will merely choose a simple method, democratically, how to deal with griefers (the -real- issue here). :)
Also...TNT cannon....gotta try that :D

Man, I accidentally discovered the duplication glitch, and after a few minutes I have become master of it. Now I'm up to my eyes in diamonds, and Minecraft has lost some of its charm. Notch needs to fix this :(

TNT has helped me clear plots of land, and I've used flint and steel to make myself a nice fireplace. I honestly hope disabling them will only be a temporary solution.
The spawnjail thing could work.

I haven't duped a single thing on the TTLG server, and pretty much refuse to. It's much more satisfying knowing that everything I built, I built with what I could make legitimately.

Although I did make a 64-cube-tall monolith out of obsidian, which I never would've done otherwise.

While I myself have not been successful in duping, I certainly make good use of it!
TNT + me + mountain = suddenly no mountain
Still takes work, though!
