How do griefers grief if they dont get OP?

Also I tried to log on from work and everything is RED. Any fix for this?

I've just tried setting myself on fire and setting light to some wood - it has no effect. The sad fact is that someone probably has done this deliberately. If BH has user logging on the server then that might at least give some clues as to the likely culprit(s).
