Honestly I think we should just clear the server come Sunday. And I'll be perfectly honest- as proud of my awesome greenhouse as I am, I don't mind rebuilding it.
... well, as long as the dupe bug is still in effect...
On the last map, the enemy mobs weren't retarded. For some reason they just don't work on this particular iteration. Add to that the fact that biomes are coming and you have a solid argument for a server wipe.

Actually, as Ice pointed out recently, we could get both - new mapgen/biomes and keep current map. Just move the default spawn far-far outside of already generated map area (somewhere with less water) + add a warp point there.
However, if the dupe bug gets fixed then i would prefer to just leave everything behind - more interesting that way i think.

We tell'em how it's gonna be for a while. If they're cool with it they'll eventually be let in, one by one. If not, well, c'est la vie.
First the ops, then the TTLG regulars (active members only at first), then the lurkers, little by little.
If shit stirs up, we limit access by whole tiers (i.e. TTLG lurkers, then TTLG active, heck....then ops if griefing still goes on at this point). At least we'll narrow it down enough, methinks, to have one or two suspects.
