It is...BUT...there seems to be a new bug. I'm now looking at 3 clone Renzatics. Everytime I log off and come back in, a new Renzatic clone comes back right where I was standing when I logged off.
It also seems like I can't pick up stuff that was mined during my previous play. It's strange.
edit: Experience the horror firsthand. THE HORROR!

Just fired it up not two seconds ago. It's timing out for me, as well.
Maybe BH has taken down the server to fix some issues.

@Renzatic: This happened to me before the recent patch. I would get "kicked" from the server and then rejoin to see an instance of myself where I had logged out... But it wasn't quite like your case.
