Anyway, great game and all that. I haven't been really playing anything else for since I bought it and that was almost a week ago. I think I've got most of the basics down by now but I'm still trying to wrap my head around the various redstone circuits and their uses. My cave diving has been quite limited, though I have been very lucky with finding dungeons. However to be frank I haven't had the chance to wield anything made out of diamond thus far.
As for the alpha multiplayer, it can be a lot of fun even in it's current form, especially if people work together. I spent some good three or four hours on a public server mining some kind of a massive underground city with my friend last night.

So while working on making the biggest tree on the map even bigger, I noticed, some of the other tiny trees around it has been growing bigger,
Does the trees actually grow over time if you dont chop them down?

I just went ahead and paid for this on a whim. Is it possible to have a persistent multiplayer world? That would be amazing! I tried to find out for myself but Briareos H's server didn't work for me. Not sure why.

Yeah, that's the beauty of it, both singleplayer and multiplayer plays out in persistant worlds, with infinite size, it'll keep generating landscape and underground if you travel further out.
The server seems to be working, try again, try using the IP adress.

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of heaven or hell you guys are making. My girlfriend thinks that anything I seem to enjoy as much as this must be bad, so she's blocking my play as much as possible. Dammit! Maybe tomorrow.
I basically didn't sleep because I was thinking about all the stuff I want to build. I'm seeing some nice stuff in ttlg world. I wish there was a map though.
