Attention all kind-hearted fellow forumites!
My server can't cope with the current members. We're seeing an "Out of Memory" every 10 hours or so and that's becoming unbearable.
We're looking for people willing to run the TTLG minecraft server, either Linux or Windows, on a dedicated box with at least 1GB RAM. High availability would be a plus, unlimited bandwidth would be even better.
I believe Sinister Handed has a server too, if it's powerful enough maybe I can pass on the torch to him?
PM me so that we can set it all up.
EDIT: Alternately, I would need around 140€ to add a safe amount of RAM. I'm a bit ashamed to offer that kind of thing, but if people are interested enough to throw in some money we could have a reliable server running. Send me a PM, again.

I've been busy but not taken a lot of screens.
However, (
http://i52.tinypic.com/izu8gp.jpg) this, I think, kind of defines the shit I do. In the midst of one idea, I throw in some random other, smaller idea that spawns a huge idea. Last night I spent most of my time digging out a coffeeshop on level B6 of the Dick Pit. I threw in the newsboxes at the last minute, and that gave me the idea to make an actual newspaper office. It's near the bank, on Canary's Fleet Avenue. The construction is (nearly) done, just have to finish the roof, then I can furnish the first and 2nd floor. The printing department and archives are all done. After that, I'll be placing newsboxes all over both islands.

I don't get that problem. Have you tried adjusting the volume in the options screen?
[Edit] Seems like Notch had fixed the sound problem.
