Deep Shadow is right. It opens the storage rooms in the hallway right across from the guard.

Thanks Deep Shadow. Must of used the wrong key to test these doors earlier. Water arrows, 50 in loot. Now I'm only 25 short of the max.

Should have known you'd been in this mission too, Nightwalker. Word on the street is that you're the get of Garrett himself. Must make the old man proud. Have you downloaded MOC2 yet?

I quit playing the mission on expert, I must have missed something...I couldn't find the incriminating evidence and I only managed 300 in loot.

Check everywhere for loot even outside.

Dreamwalker - There is only 760 gold available in this mission. The total that shows up on the final screen is wrong. Gumdrop posted an announcement somewhere, so you probably have found it all.
I downloaded MOC but my computer won't play it. It keeps crashing back to windows or, even worse, freezing up entirely. I'm very disappointed, but it looks like I won't be able to play this one. :(
(Thanks for the compliments, by the way.)

760 I got. I'm starting to reach my potential as a first class thief.
re: MOC2 - Ditto. I think the testers became so familiar with what appears to be a fantastic mission that they forgot what it would be like for someone who was coming in cold and had no idea what they could or could not get away with or what bugs to avoid.

Just finished it on Expert.:cheeky: I usually just sap all the guards.:ebil: That's an accomplishment for me. Just one question tho.. Anyone have any idea where all the loot is? I ran a search already, info is pretty scarce on this FM. Came out with 610 out of 745?
Nightwalker on 25/3/2002 at 15:34
There was an error in the mission. The final loot total was wrong, although in my notes it marked that there is actually 760 available, which doesn't agree with your numbers. Maybe a newer version has come out, though I don't recall seeing it announced anywhere. Did you get the ring outside? Go to the left after you go out the prison doors and over to the gated off area at the far end. There's a ring on the other side that you can reach. It's very small and easy to miss. There are also some nuggets in the yard on the way out, before you crawl through to the ending spot. :)

Yes, I did get the ring. I had to sneak back into the jail and retrace my steps to finish this one. I had missed a couple of coins on the desk in the office. As for 760 loot, my 745 was a guesstimate, knowing your talents for remembering detail, I will take your word for it. This one was a real challenge for me. Are there any more like it? I have already played jailbreak.

I don't think there are any quite like these two, that I can recall off hand. I really liked both this one and Jailbreak, too. Have you played Journey, Escape from Guilesapeak (also released as Tears of Blood)? It's T1 and you have to escape from a prison. It's quite a bit bigger and more confusing that these two, though.:)
