I stumbled upon this site of Heather Kelley, she was a designer on Thief 3, apparently she did some work on The Clocktower and Gamall's Lair levels.
She has some game design docs available there, nothing really special, but worth taking a look ;)

Wow!!! She's incredible! Genial! And more incredible, because she's a woman, and we all know that women are not too much into the computer stuffs.

He's pointing out that few women tend to work in the video game industry.... which happens to be true lol. Harvey Smith at Ion Storm also lamented the fact they didn't have more female designers on the team for Deus Ex, among others.

Thanks for the insight, Dominus, that acually made me thinking. Now I understand why in the editor there are so many matinee icons e.g. in the Castle map. Apparently devs planned to have some ingame movie sequences but something must have gone wrong and the feature was never used.
