I was never interested in Assassin's Creed, probably even less so once it was released. But Mirror Edge definitely has me excited. If anyone else is salivating over the idea of reliving the general principle of Life of the Party, raise your hand.

You'd be surprised. I learned this principle in paintball. Sure, if you have the gun in your hands it doesnt slow you down, but you cant scale walls or fences or slide under shit (well maybe) with it in your hands, you'd have to sling it behind you and that slows you down. And even if you're slinging it back and forth it slows you down, believe me. It seriously messes with your balance, too. Also this is a skinny girl we're talking about, her focus is light weight speed without any compromises. I'm sure the way she caries "information" if it's not word of mouth, is in a fanny pack or some sort of low profile bookbag.
