Ok in May I graduated from college, and awhile after moving home I realized I can't find my thief2 Disk 1. I've looked for months, and I'm certain I didn't leave it there. Is there a way to download the files from Disk 1 somewhere so I can play again? I have Disk 2.

You'll have to purchase and download all of it, I'm afraid, or buy a whole new set.

hmm maybe the company will let me buy just 1 disk for cheap.

You can get the whole game for just a few bucks now, so why not? And the answer to your question anyway is "No".

I just didn't wanna have 2 Disk 2's but now that I think about it, why not? I bought it off amazon for 6.50 (that includes shipping) so I think it's worth it :)

Plus you could think of it as letting EIDOS know some taffers are still buying the games.

Sure are. I just bought Thief Gold last year on impulse. I was at an EB games looking for something else, and on a whim asked the guy if they carried Thief Gold. To my shock and awe, he pulled it out from the back room. Best 9.99 I ever spent. The box was so funny too.
"Advanced AI and physics draw you in to the gameplay!"
*or something to that effect.*

My game came today! But I have trouble installing it :( The first copy I had was from Sold Out, this one is from Edios. Installing on the same laptop with the same WinXP. But when I insert disk 2 during installation, it locks up. Help?

Nevermind, I fixed it by copying Disk 2 to the drive and installing from there.

Hope it all runs without a hitch! Happy taffing!
