"Solfridge"
Yeah, right.
How about posting this into the "Hints and Tips"-section, accessible from the link in the upper left that reads "Thief Series". You'll most likely get zounds more help there. Here's only...ardent adoration from the locals.

"Sabotage at Solfridge"
it has a ring to it, it would make a good FM title, Garrett saves the world from a mad mechanist plot to freeze the sun and plunge the world into darkness lit only by their electric lighting perhaps :cheeky:
there's a walkthrough for Sabotage at Soulforge at (

It's very helpful to read everything the game has for you to read, especially when you find something "new".
From the object description for the store:
"Produced by Viktoria's magic (and brought to the city via
the proper bribes). This arrow can take root on grillwork
as well as any surface a normal rope arrow could stick in. Cost: 200."
Make sure you get all the blueprints. They are the "recipes" for making various objects, including the Guiding Beacon.:)
Or just watch the cutscene.:erg:

That was my favorite mission! I don't see WHY someone would want to skip that mission...their loss!

All the empty, box shaped rooms kinda killed the atmosphere for me, like it was all a big warehouse with nothing in it. It would've been better for me if there were more narrow corridors than gigantic open spaces.

Seconded. I always had the feeling that the creators kind of ran out of ideas towards the end of TMA. Boring.
