Thank you, for helping me.
Here are the solutions: In my new directory there was no EditMode.cmd. So I copied it from the older directory.
Game-mode works now as expected.
Your tip for the 2. problem was right. It is a resolution-problem: I use a Monitor with high-resolution, but the monitor itself
is not that big. So fonts are too small. I increased the dpi in Windows. After I read your tip, I activated the option
"disable scaling by high DPI-values" for DromEd. Now I can move Objects without any problem.
But this lead me to another question ;-)
How can I change the font-size in DromEd ? I just have found settings to change the size if the lower area and the status-
bar. But not anything about fonts.

You need to point to a font that is defined. try the following the the bottom of your DROMED.cfg:
;bigger font
gui_font intrface/textfont
; desired height (pixels) of GFH/bottom area in editor, value may also be a negative number to define a
; percentage based relative height (-50 would be half the window, 50%)
gfh_height 150
; max width of command terminal (if there is free space to make it wider)
gfh_max_cmd_width 410
; number of decimal places displayed in GFH coordinate entry boxes, a value 2 to 8 (default is 2)
gfh_coord_decimals 4
; alternative texture PnP layout (allows a taller texture thumbnail)
texture_pnp_layout 1
; status bar height, a value between 16 and 64 (default is 16), usually only needed when using custom font
status_height 24
; display XYZ info for the current mouse cursor position in a 2D viewport
show_mouse_xyz
; display current camera coordinates
show_camera_xyz
; increase display precision in the dialogs
sdesc_decimals 5
; draw brush centers (1 = cur brush only, 2 = all brushes)
brush_centers 1
You really need to read the notes that are provided with the 1.23 package ... all the notes.

It seems, I have a understanding problem here. The font isn't changed by this. Your settings below make the lower
part of the GUI bigger. This is much better than before. But it is still the same font. I would prefer a font that is a bit
more bold. And since there is "custom font" mentioned, it should be possible to set another font.
The "path" intrface/textfont doesn't exist in my folder.

I cant find anything about fonts there, that can help me.
Anyway: Thank you, for this settings. It improved the GUI and I can work pretty good now.

You should have a subdir "intrface". In that subdir you should have several .fon files, such as f_scrp12.fon, f_scrp16.fon, FONTAA12.FON, FONTAA16.FON, FONTAA20.FON, and so on. One of those font files is TEXTFONT.FON. If you don't have that subdir and those font files, you have a corrupted installation.

Now I know, how it feels, to be a noob :-)
I really thought, that you are talking about the directory intrface, where Missiondata are stored. After your hints I was in doubt, whether the new dromed had this setting. Of course I have intrface. In the .crf-File :tsktsk:
Good that you mentioned the fontnames. That helped me a lot to figure out, what the problem was.
Many thanks for your patience :thumb:
