Hmmmm I've hopped over the gates and found my way into the hideout where all the crates are. What next? I can't go anywhere and the street is not roombrushed. :tsktsk:
You've just arrived at the hideout with a wall of crates in front of you right? Well, remove the crates that are blocking your way and carry on.

You are thinking of the wrong place. You can jump over the gates to an area you should not be able to reach at all. Where you enter the building through the window you can go along the ledge and jump over the gates. But there is no going back.

Yes, but what exactly happened?
The kidnapper got nabbed by the boys in blue and sent down the river for a little bird leaving our hero Garrett all the richer (in thought anyway). How this happened with the kidnapper lying in a pool of blood is anybody's guess.
I found this a strange FM. It certainly looked good (largely due to the greyscale) but became very tiresome after a while and it completely failed to meet the requirements of the competition ie. it was not scary!
It needed some good scary music to lend atmosphere and a few real scares.
Oh well one to go.

Well after finding that the quards stormed in i decided to abandon that line of play and actually managed to get her back to my room after much crate stacking and fiddling about but the objective didnt tick off ... how rude .. would have been a nice way to finnish

I didnt knew the "hero" was Garrett, cuz why should Garrett save a litle Girl? And the guy on the End Video didnt looked like Garrett
Since the readme names me as a contributor, I am not giving away any contest secrets when I point out that in Last Caress, the voice in the briefing does not sound like Garrett and the artwork does not look like him. These two details were intentional. In this mission, you are not the one-eyed master thief.

When asking for help, it's best to type in complete sentences. (periods, commas, question marks, etc.) I had to read what you wrote several times before I could understand what you are trying to say.
And you can move the crates. (You need to frob them)

If you have jumped over the fence to the street area (like I did) then you should not be there. You are actually at the end way too early and can't progress from there. You need to go back to an earlier save and climb through the window.
If you are not where I think you are then "you can move the crates, just frob them".
