Just uninstall after the bit at the fairgrounds and it'll stay that way.
It does make for a depressing ending, though. :p

Depressing in a good way, though, as opposed to depressing in a "I can't believe they fucked up a perfectly good plot" way.

And I have little interest in or respect for The Sims as anything else but a great commercial success.

I uninstalled Fahrenheit after gettins tuck on the army base mission.
Worth persevering with?
mothra on 16/12/2009 at 13:35
yes and no. story goes some nice places but control-scheme and QTEs get even more repetetive and distracting with a few levels having you jerk the controller constantly which absolutely kills any fun and distracts from the cutscenes on screen. ending is ridiculous, must be seen to believe. Has the worst bossfight ever. Dare I say it: think commodore summer games' triathlon
EvaUnit02 on 16/12/2009 at 13:38
No. Unless you want to re-enact the big finale of The Matrix Revolutions in one long ass QTE sequence, except with a reanimated corpse in the place of Keanu and Hugo Weaving replaced by a big fucking American Indian in a raincoat.
Although there was a beautiful moment when you see off the negro detective at the train station. I honestly felt joy when I chose to send him away from the city to live happily ever with his slutty girlfriend.

If you could uninstall it without finishing first, no. I was impressed and couldn't stop, there is just a few games with atmosphere of a thriller movie for adults, even if the second half was rather disappointing.

There were a couple incredibly retarded sections there. Look up a walkthrough.

slutty girlfriend.
Who was unbelievably hawt. Like Winona Ryder at the top of her career.
