how many games let you kill the end boss by convincing him to top himself? And make it a redemptive action, too. Fallout 1

I'm pretty sure you have to fight Saren whether you convince him or not. I did, and I still had to fight him. Maybe I only fought his last phase or something, though:p

you can only avoid one fight, as posted above. I hope they make more meaningful sidemissions and less bland regenerated bases on random planets.

I don't understand - where is the GAMES FOR WINDOWS logo?

the cover is a lie. wrex is dead. the racist bitch killed him. I'm looking forward to let propaganda-"humanity depends on us"-pathetic-Shepard die in ME2 and hope for a better character to progress the story.

That's not Wrex, ME2 has an entirely new cast of party members.
Also the fate of
Wrex and the two human party members (the religious zealot chick and recycled Carth from KotOR) depends on your actions. I.e.
Wrex lived through my play through.
I killed off Kaidan cuz he was a boring character with the personality of cardboard, your stereotypical Bioware "I have a traumatic past" male love interest.

that was my intention. nothing I said is fixed, since there WERE a few branches in ME1 my analysis of the ME2 cover is as flawed as my comments :)
and it brings across WHAT ME2 will offer when you import your ME1-character: a logic continuation with subtle hints (I hope) on the actions you took beforehand. But bioware already said that most of the cast of ME1 will NOT appear in ME2. so they can circumvent having to REALLY foolproof their "savegame import" and can lie on the lazy side of development :) and think about "DLCs".
