A third of the way through the year so far, I was surprised there wasn't a list like this already. I'll keep my list relatively short, I think we can safely leave out Witcher 3 given it's about 10 days away:
Very interested:
Adrift
Volume
The Witness
Tangiers - especially now that it's first person
SOMA
Routine?
Hellraid
Quadrilateral Cowboy
Uncharted 4 (this will be my inaugural PS4 title, don't have one yet).
Obduction
Maybe:
No Man's Sky
Phantom Pain
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Firewatch
Just Cause 3
Cyberpunk 2077

I'll try not to go with duplicates. And I'm probably the only person on earth who doesn't GAF about Witcher 3.
Enemy Starfighter (assuming it comes out this decade)
Mad Max
Invisible, Inc (I actually already own this, but it hasn't been properly released yet)
Magicka 2
Hatred
BeamNG.drive
Neon Struct
Batman: Arkham Knight
Sword Coast Legends
Brigadore

I'm waiting for MGSV:Phantom Pain and Persona 5 and... that's it (more than last year, when the only new game I bought was Dark Souls 2). Maybe Witcher 3....

Including the past and the future of 2015:
- Pillars of Eternity
- Firewatch
- No Man's Sky
I don't remember much else that was singalled to be released this year that looked very interesting.

I don't know. After Bloodborne, Dying Light, Grow Home, Hotline Miami 2, Convoy, Exanima and GTA V PC I feel like I must've played most of 2015's best games already. No Man's Sky and Phantom Pain will probably join the list and I'm sure Mad Max, Uncharted 4 and Batman will be reliably good too, tho unexceptional.

My list for this year was Dark Souls 2: SotFS, Witcher 3, MGSV and Tangiers. One down, three to go.

I know for a fact that you're not alone in not caring about that one.
My own list of anticipated games is fairly small:
Just Cause 3
Shantae: Half-Genie Hero
There's some stuff that was released earlier this year that's still on my wishlist:
SR: Gat out of Hell
Hand of Fate
Grey Goo
Dynasty Warriors 8 - Empires (PC)
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse (PC)

I didn't even know that Empires is coming out for DW8! Gotta add that to my list :cheeky:

The console release of Empires was last year for Japan, and February this year for NA/EU (including the PC version).

I've still got a couple of games that I want to get from last year (Far Cry 4 and Wasteland) before making any purchases from 2015. The exception to this is Bloodborne -- which I've purchased already but despite being awesome I won't have much of a chance to play it for another 4 weeks -- and the Witcher 3, which I'll get as a complimentary game when I upgrade my video card around the same time. I think I need to read up a bit more on what games are in the pipeline but in the meantime the games that spring to mind are:
Very likely:
Grand Theft Auto V
Star Citizen (I haven't played a space sim since Independence War)
Cyberpunk 2077 (probably won't come out this year)
Likely:
Pillars of Eternity (I'm less interested in it now than when it was originally announced)
No Man's Sky (I'll wait and see if it turns out to be a little more interesting than a great looking tech demo)
Torment: Tides of Numenera
Maybe:
Assassin’s Creed Victory (about time they went to London)
Mad Max (not very often that I get a game based in Australia. Beneath a Steel Sky was the last one I think?)
Star Wars Battlefront
