Red Dead was the only game I played this year. I'm pretty much done with PC gaming except for any of the old titles I used to love come back with sequels (Half Life, Portal, Thief, Deus Ex etc).

I can't wait for LA Noire. Looks like exactly what I need after Heavy Rain.
The rest is the rest: Dead Space 2, Killzone 3, LBP 2, Crysis 2, The Witcher 2, Uncharted 3.
Fingers crossed for Deus Ex. And Sony needs to get a concrete release date for The Last Guardian, stat.

I'm very much on the fence about Dragon Age 2. Aside from that one PC combat walkthrough video, things thus far haven't been shaping up well.
The potential of the Nintendo 3DS is very exciting, yes. But let's be honest, a new console hardware platform almost is never worth bothering with in its first 12-18 months of existence. Expect long droughts between genuinely worthwhile titles for the thing as you do with most new consoles. Better to wait a while for it to build a decent library, by then we likely would've seen some hardware price drops too (except in NZ, where Nintendo's market share is laughable. -_-).
Besides I've fallen into the trap of being an early adopter of a console and thus been burned a few too many times (i.e. PS2 and PS3), someone else can "beta test" the fucking hardware this time around.

I know what you mean but this is Nintendo and they usually come out with some good stuff off the bat.
Tbh the reason I'm interested is the way they use their hardware. There are a few moments of real genius in Zelda for the DS and I can only imagine what they'll be able to do with this new thing.
