The part when the guitar kicks in was used in Framed. Quite a contrast to the U.S. version.
Sorry, I don't have enuff space to upload the entire .crf. The other stuff is just German voices anyway.

Thank you, Eshaktaar...hmmm, it doesn't sound very Thiefy. In fact, it's not Thiefy in the least and is very unlike any of the other Thief music. I'd bet that it wasn't by Eric Brosius (by the way, did he leave the Thief 3 team?). Still, I kind of like it.

Oog...damn. If he was responsible for the sounds as well as the music in the Thief games, then the loss is truly great.

I was just worrying about that. The unique ambient sounds were a huge part of the Thief "magic". Without them, Thief 3 isn't going to sound much like a Thief game.

Yes, without that cool thiefy ambience it just won't be the same.
The thief III FAQ says that Alexander Brandon is in charge of the music for thief III. For one thing I hope that "music" is more ambience than music for the most part. And secondly, I've heard some of his music--he made some of the better Deus Ex tunes. Hopefully he's as good at making grungy thief-type tunes as he is at making more techno-ish tunes like the ones in Deus Ex.
